Vehicle Registration Services

Change Address on Your Vehicle Registration 
Request Your Vehicle Registration Restoration Requirements Letter (lists the actions you must take to have your vehicle registration restored) 

Driver’s License / Photo ID Services

Change Address on Your Driver's License 
Request Your Driver's License Duplicate (Please note: A duplicate Commercial Driver's License cannot be requested online.) 
(Please note: Your driver history will contain violations, but not the number of points associated for each violation.) 

Submit Your 10-Year Driver License Info (for CDL holders only) 
Request Your DL Restoration Requirements Letter (lists the actions you must take to have your driving privilege restored)

Test Scheduling Services

Permit holders under the age of 18 must now meet the requirement of 65 total hours of supervised, behind-the-wheel skills building.  For more information, click here:
