INFORMATION FOR DEALERS DONATING A VEHICLE TO A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION
A dealer donating a vehicle to a charitable organization must follow the same procedures as when selling a vehicle to an individual. This procedure must be followed to assure completion of the Pennsylvania certificate of title to the recipient of the vehicle according to Pennsylvania law and to protect the person donating the vehicle.
