2018 School Bus Safety Week Poster Contest

National School Bus Safety Week 
October 22-26, 2018 "My School Bus, The Safest Form of Student Transportation!"

Who May Enter:
Each public, parochial, and private school may submit posters for each division to the state poster contest. The divisions are:
Division #1 Grades K – 2
Division #2 Grades 3 – 5
Division #3 Grades 6 – 8
Division #4 Special Education
Division #5 Computer Aided Drawing

 
Deadline Date:
Completed poster designs must be postmarked before midnight, June 30, 2018. All entries will become the property of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and will not be returned.

2018 SAFETY POSTER CONTEST WINNERS

Nine student winners of the 2018 School Bus Safety Poster Contest were honored during ceremonies at the Governor's Residence in Harrisburg, Oct. 22. The students, in kindergarten through eighth grade, were honored for their winning entries in the 2018 School Bus Safety Poster Contest. The theme for this year's contest, "My School Bus, The Safest Form of Student Transportation!" - a message that says a lot about the drivers we trust to transport our children to and from school every day.

2018 Pennsylvania School Bus Driver Safety Competition

Six winners of the 2018 Pennsylvania School Bus Driver Safety Competition were also honored during ceremonies in Harrisburg, Oct. 22. The school bus drivers being recognized went head-to-head in a statewide competition in June, which tested their safety knowledge and skills in conventional and transit bus categories.School Bus Driver Safety Competition Winners
