1. What forms of payment will PennDOT accept for online transactions?
Only the following credit cards will be accepted as payment for Internet transactions:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express

2. Are there any additional fees for using the Internet?
No. There will be no fees charged in addition to the cost of the requested items.

3. What if I need a refund or want to dispute a credit card charge?
If you wish to apply for a refund, you must complete 'Application for Refund' (Form MV-700) or send a letter requesting a refund.

Forms are available online for downloading and at any messenger service office or any Driver and Vehicle Service Center location. You may also contact PennDOT to request this form.

When requesting a refund for Driver’s License, be sure to include the driver’s license number and date of birth. When requesting a refund for Vehicle Registration, be sure to include the title number and license plate number of the vehicle.
