Online Salvage Certificate Service Centers
In 1996, PennDOT implemented a program allowing one salvage auction that was also an authorized messenger service to provide salvage certificates via an online connection with the
Department. Currently, several salvage auctions are online with PennDOT to process salvage certificates at their locations. Below is a list of agencies and their locations where
salvage/parts dealers may have a salvage certificate processed and handed back to them.
